  • Operational Monitoring: Design systems to regularly assess the health and functionality of process equipment.
  • Comprehensive Testing: Oversee and execute tests across production phases, pinpointing control over key variables and addressing production challenges.
  • Program Maintenance & Process Enhancement: Streamline processes and uphold the integrity of existing operational programs.
  • Collaborative Development: Collaborate with Packaging and Product Development Engineers to craft localized manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • KPI System Analysis: Evaluate existing KPI monitoring frameworks, introducing improvements and integrating novel processes.
  • Capital Project Support: Aid the CI Manager and Plant Engineer in the execution and realization of significant capital initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and dissect product and process data, crafting comprehensive reports to highlight insights and trends.
  • Equipment Development: Innovate and design testing apparatus and methodologies as per evolving needs.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer pivotal technical assistance to both technicians and the broader management team.
  • Training & Documentation: Spearhead training initiatives for Managers, Supervisors, and operators, ensuring updated process knowledge and maintaining pertinent documentation.
